The Most unprofessional business owner I’ve ever encountered and that’s saying something. She yells at her board and talks over them. Doesn’t document accurate minutes. Rarely responds to requests. Flat out makes things up. Doesn’t give proper notice for meetings. On and on. I recommend if looking for a CAM to ask some at chic filet. While they may not know anything about property management it would be a step up because at least they’d say “my pleasure “ when answering you.
wow, right now I have very few words as I am taken back at how incredibly rude and unprofessional this woman Adriana Albanese is. She does not even understand her own billing but expects people to pay out just because she says so. We contacted her for clarification on our account. All the statements we had received were inconsistent and when she was questioned in an email she wasn't even open to a conversation, saying "the conversation is over". My family took our yearly vacation at Ormond Beach Club. We had a contract with Albanese Hollander. We arrived and the condo was filthy. There was mold growing in the toilets, the place hasn't been properly cleaned in months. There was dust everywhere, the blinds, around furniture and other places. There were stains on the sheets. I'm not sure if they were stained or just dirty. There wasn't even toilet paper when we arrived and we had to go out in the pouring rain and buy some.
