This is the most unprofessional place I've ever been. First, I'll start off with the new tax prepares, uneducated at its worst. Second, the manager by the name of (Taylor) reeked of marijuana and his eyes where blood shot red. (Must of been high for sure.) Very slow on responding to questions and forgetful at times. Third, and final straw when I wanted to use the restroom. It was hideous! Not to mention I walk in on a chubby fellow by the name of (Grant.) He also works there. Never again and I recommend not coming here.

Do not ever do business with these people!!!!! – You have been warned! I just got off the phone with a fast talking tax guy at this office and I asked a couple of question regarding assistance with the IRS. He sounded like a used car salesman, and even that wouldn't have mattered if it weren't for what happened next. He quoted a high fee for services, and I mentioned that it was a little high. Best Service!! – I was referred by my CPA to consultant with Mr. Alba regarding a notice I received from the IRS. I was very pleased and got a better outcome than I was hoping for. Yvette was one of the employee's assisting Mr. Alba. I am very grateful to Mr. Alba for having such an efficient staff. I appreciate everything done for me. I would highly recommend Alba Rapid Tax to anyone that has tax problems like I did.
