We have had Dr. Ortega-Close for 12 years. Started with my oldest when she was 6 weeks old. Now we have four children the youngest 4 months. While her schedule has changed over the years understandably, they always get us in quickly if we need to be seen right away. Even if its not her but her office partner who is also great. We always have the next appointment scheduled before we leave the office. This office is a complete joke. Don't get me wrong there's good employees there but the doctor and some of the staff are a joke. My son went months without seeing his doctor and everytime we call the doctor is out of the office or on vacation. When we try to set appts its month ahead because the doctor is never in the office. My son's thyroid has been coming out high for months and we yet have heard anything about it. We ask to get called back and she never calls back. Do not recommend anyone to this doctor at all.
