slumlords – treated me badly and never did any maintenance on the building. it always smelled really bad whenever i walked into my building. the apartments were in disrepair, nothing was ever fixed. rent was too high and apartments were too small.

thank you Alayne – 6 apts and 2 stores to renovate and lease. I received it as an inheritance and knew nothing about property. A neighbor of the building gave me Sam's name and # and the rest is history. In 8 months the building was redone at a very low cost and within 3 months all rented including the stores. I am making a profit after 18 months. PS I never go down to the location anymore as they handle everything for me. Thanks Avi & alayne. Marty
