Been almost 40 days since I ordered and have called 6 times with every time saying they will call back with a status. Have emailed and even tried to get an answer on their social media with no replies. Multiple people are getting scammed by this place. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE!
Ordered two months ago, sent numerous emails to the act customer service about order status and have only received one response from Walter stating, sorry for the delay, we will ship in two weeks, that was a month ago. Beginning to think this is a scam.

For me, life changing, but the first month is a little rough while getting adapted/trained. Sneezing, crying, gag reflex, etc. After getting adapted, easy peezy. Today I forget the stent is even in, it's that comfortable now. Stick with it!
Possibly the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. I returned my product unopened over 3 months ago and have yet to get my refund issued. (The order was for the Hybrid Soft Palate Stent, which is not cheap). You cant get ahold of someone that actually works at the company or can make any type of actual decision. Their phone service is a third party service and every time I call, they claim to take down my info and say that I will receive a call the next day.
