Dr Alawwa has been my cardiologist since 2001. He is an excellent cardiologist!! He is very caring, thorough, willing to explain things in detail, and fully answer any questions you may have. He doesn't recommend any unnecessary procedures. I can't say enough good things about him!!
Dr Alawwa has been my Cardiologist for many years, he and his entire staff at the Lapeer office are awesome! He always takes time to explain my heart issues and procedures to improve my health. I highly recommend Dr Alawwa and the cardiology office in Lapeer!
Dr Alawwa and staff have taken such amazing care of my heart for the last 5 years. I've had multiple procedures and have always been treated as a VIP. Dr Alawwa takes his time with his patients..goes over test and makes sure you know exactly what is going to happen. I don't mind waiting during my appointment when I know its because he is looking up my results and getting a plan inplace so we can discuss it and he can answer my questions.
Today was about our fifth time visiting this office. For starters, I’ve had the hardest time ever getting someone to pick up the phone when I call. The check-in process takes too long, there is no clear queue and generally the staff never seems happy. Presumably, you’d walk straight in through the doors to the front person, but today there was only one person checking people in off on the side. Great Doctor who actually takes the time to listen to his patients. Front desk staff is amazing and friendly.
