Dr Alavy is great, DEFINITELY NOT saying the same about the FRONT DESK medical assistants who can't even do the simple job of sending the request or the bill to the insurance! Besides NEVER returning the calls even when they tell you they will and since they never did returned my calls I called back and left SEVERAL messages asking them to return my call but never did. I waited for the foot Doctor Alavy for more than an hour and he just glanced at it for 30 seconds max and ran away. I was put into confusion as to who to talk you after he runs away
