Did not want to address my actual concerns. I mentioned occasional bouts of depression and a history of serious anxiety (which I do not have major issues with anymore) and she wanted to focus on that rather than the actual reason for my visit. She looked at me and recommended exercise without having asked my current level of physical activity. Felt very judgy and fatphobic. Will not be seeing again.
She is professional and has helped me so much. She is also very responsive to messages between visits. I highly recommend her.
