They are sub par, use all subs and those subs come and go. They hide behind their email warranty team and never want to address anything. DO NOT build with them, They left our entire development with a huge mess to clean up due to their their mishandling of our HOA. They are all about the next project and do not care about you when you sign the papers. It has been almost 2 years now and we still do not have all the 1 year walk through items addressed. I regret building my home with them. DO NOT BUILD WITH THEM
