Let me start off by saying, Larry did a terrible home inspection. I have never had an inspection this vague, rushed, and short like this one. Most my home inspections are an AVERAGE of 75ish pages long. Larry’s was 25 pages with 6 pictures on each page for the first 10 pages with a single sentence explaining the problem. Highly recommend Alatech Home Inspection! Very reasonably priced, extremely efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He inspected a 10,000 sq ft property and still had my detailed report back to me within 2–3 days. Professional, thorough, and easy to work with. I’ll definitely use him again!
