Zach and Nick installed a new A/C and Heat in our house and did a fantastic job. They answered all of our questions and the work was well done. We have used Alatec for years now and they have always done a great job. They have also always been quick to respond and come out when we need service or have an issue. I highly recommend Alatec.
I’ve been using Alatec in Fultondale for many years for my heat/air pump and furnace. I have a service contract with them as well as well as an air purifier. They contact me twice a year and come out to do maintenance. I’ve never had a problem with my unit and have been very pleased with them. I highly recommend them!
The technician left the work area messy, with screws and debris scattered around, which felt unprofessional.The AC fan still doesn’t run smoothly, producing a loud humming sound that wasn’t fixed during the repair.
The AC started leaking again only hours after the repair, which clearly shows the work was either incomplete or not done properly.
