No Service- Never Fixed Anything My elderly mother purchased a cooler and AC with a service contract. The cooler has never worked properly and she had requested service many times. Service people rarely keep appointments and when they do show up, the do not fix the problem.
Quality products I purchased an air conditioning unit and had it installed from this company. The quality of the product and installation was excellent. The company had an internal communication breakdown, and I had a problem getting some of the extras promised completed. I did experience one problem with the unit which was serviced immediately without delay.
