I recently attended a glass 'Cut and Create' class at Alaskan Events & Catering and it was fabulous!!! I had so much fun and got to experience a really neat DIY craft that initially felt totally unapproachable for someone with zero experience in glass working. Kirsten is an INCREDIBLY talented, kind, and funny hostess! She surprised our group with her homemade catered cookies and special hot chocolate recipe! I look forward to going back, both for the new-found enjoyment of glass working and the good laughs with Kirsten.

We hired the Alaskan Events and Catering for 3 business meeting lunches in January 2023. The chef exceeded our expectations. Their presentation, attention to details, meetings the needs for special diets, menu planning and communication. We will definitely hire for their services on our return. We are not from Alaska and flew in to hold training meetings. The catering experience just iced it for us.

I decided to order a Mother's day meal from Alaska Events and Catering this year. Allowing me to enjoy more time with the family while also supporting a locally owned and operated small business during this pandemic. I cant tell you enough how well the food is! The prime rib was smoked and so juicy! Mashed potatoes were buttery, creamy, and delicious! My kids had seconds and thirds.
