I was totally impressed by the great customer service I received last week. My daughter picked out some furniture she wanted so I went into pay for it. The staff was amazing, from the greeting I received when I walked through the front door to offering to help load the furniture in my truck. Then to top it off, I received a card from Gretchen thanking me for my business and hoping that my daughter enjoyed the furniture. The furniture was of good quality and the price was very affordable. I will be back. Thanks again!

I always liked Alaska Dames until they changed their general philosophy and raised their prices. I no longer see an advantage in going there. I recently took some clothing donations in to benefit the AWARE shelter and was surprised and definitely not pleased by the fact that some articles I bought at Alaska Dames and never wore, were refused as not good enough for them now. I have pretty much crossed this business off my list.
