I placed an order to go on my lunch break and paid an upcharge for a lettuce wrapped burger and a side salad. They gave me a regular burger and fries. When I called to inform them of their mistake they did not offer a refund and instead offered to remake it and have me leave work and pick up a correct order. I did not get good restitution to their mistake and will not be going to their restaurant anymore.

Crazy, I know, but when i order a Goat & Fig Burger i expect to actually be able to see/taste the goat cheese and fig. Barely any of either, all i could really taste was onion and mustard. very disappointing. was not at all what i expected or was craving. maybe i just had bad luck? but i do not recommend. Maybe this is a common issue? Had their strawberry salad recently and there wasn't even a full strawberry worth of fruit on the whole $18 salad, even though it was otherwise tasty.

Listen, we’re so fortunate to have some amazing burger joints here in the state. Though I’m disappointed I’ve allowed myself to go on this long without ever having tried this place; TERRIBLE MOVE. I ordered to-go for the first time, and not only was the guy incredibly kind over the phone— I am grateful for the way the food was packaged. After 10+ days touring Alaska we were really looking for a smaller family owned restaurant. Alaska Burgers and Brew did now disappoint. Excellent burgers, fries, and service. Well worth the visit!
