I have used Alaskan Air Heating and Cooling for 9 years. Sam and John are so knowledgeable and easy to work with. Always on time and very reasonable rates. They not only take care of my home but also my rental properties. Two summers ago Sam climbed up into my attic which must have been 125 degrees to replace a fitting for my central air handler.
