Their website is designed to scam you. They pretend to offer some on-board credit if you pay more when you book but then, get nothing. When you call them, they say : «it’s written «up toxx dollars» so could be 0». I have asked to escalate to manager, they promised to call me back within 2 days and never did. Every person on the phone is from different companies (sometime icruise, sometime arrivia). Big mess. You shouldn’t order from them.
Just stay away! Long story short they canceled our trip and refuse to refund our money! They don’t say they won’t but the process get lost somewhere along the way! There is a absolute choas there
