Well, the three stars is an average. My first several contacts were horrific. No help, nothing rectified, people were somewhat polite, but didn't handle things well - 0 stars. HOWEVER, this last contact was a definite 5 star! Kim was VERY polite, respectful, understanding, AND she actually got the problem taken care of (with a little help from her lead...thankyou lead!). Anyway, Thankyou Kim, you were awesome. Somebody at AK Waste should buy her a coffee. :-)
