Put a deposit down (in March) on enclosed trailer for rent for a September hunt. Turns out the trailer was broke and unavailable. Never got a phone call, text, or anything! Soldotna location AND Anchorage both did this to me in the same year! RIDICULOUSLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Can’t recommend them.
They are friendly, flexible, and financially feasible! I had a great experience renting a 17 foot covered trailer. My truck lost a wheel driving back from Homer to Anchorage which required an extra day wow the truck was being fixed. The Anchorage office was understanding and worked with me to modify the arrangements. I will rent from them again for sure. Also, it was a nice trailer and fit my needs perfectly.
