I had too many issues filing my taxes with them sadly. They didnt input my direct deposit info correctly, didnt take much accountability and said "this is why we asked you to review it" it delayed my tax return for weeks and still havent received it. I asked them to correct it but unfortunately it was too late and I had to deal with the IRS myself. I would've respected them more if they apologized sincerely.
