My husband and I are first time hot tub owners and quite new at the entire process. Jeremy has been super helpful every step of the way. When we first purchased the tub he helped to deliver it and talked us through step up and maintenance. A week ago we unfortunately had a dirty filter which shut our hot tub off. Jeremy came out to get my hot tub set up for repair and even went through the process of draining it and getting us in contact with the repair company.
