I've been searching all over Alaska, and the internet trying to find parts for my hot tub. Just wanted to say your prices and help figuring out what I needed, was a breath of fresh air compared to everyone else I called. Thank you a lot.
We were cautious after reading reviews but gave Alaska Spa and Ed a chance. We got a great deal on our new hot tub. After installation there was an error code and it didnt clear and we wondered, Did we make a mistake? The very next morning by 9am the owner, Ed came and cleared an air pocket (common on new installs) and the error code reset and the tub is working perfect.
