Been going to this place for the last 6 years with no issues at all. Today under new ownership, They sold us the incorrect filter that looked like the replacement. After attempting to install it we realized that it was the incorrect thread. Went to exchange it and they said they couldnt due to the fact that it was already wet. Left there feeling disappointed and out $50. Wish we could support this local company but after poor customer service we will be looking else where.
These guys came out and removed my water pump, fixed it, and put it back in when John reinstalled it he cracked my plastic coupling . When I called him they told me I'd have to pay another $85 service fee to come out and fix the damage that HE caused. They are one of those companies that will fix a problem, and cause another on to get more money out of you. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Awesome service. These guys are some of the best people out there. Caring and courteous. Great selection of beautiful hot tubs. Will always use them for service to my hot tub!!!!!
