Food not as enjoyable as in past years
This is actually a mixed review. While I really applaud the new innovative concept catering to us Alaskans, I believe that it needs some work. I had read the awesome reviews and was really excited to go. I placed my order for my party and went to the seating area to find a table. We had to clean our own table and look all over the place for napkins to do so. After waiting for over an hour, (and constantly nagging and asking) our food finally arrived. Hi Lizette - I'm so very sorry about the wait tonight. We were much busier than we anticipated because of the rain - so much busier than it has been any night so far this summer - and frankly couldn't keep up. We did have our full staff on tonight but because we chose to run food to each table rather than having guests wait in the rain it extended our wait times past what is acceptable by far. Everyone needs to go and enjoy this. Absolutely amazing and the service to match.
We had a great dinner last night. New concept but also great new eats. They were out of a couple of things but they went above and beyond with alternatives. Was so stuffed we had to take dessert to go but the cheesecake with the rhubarb compote is pretty legit. Looking forward to going back to try new entrees.
