All great, and would be 5 stars, except toilet not functioning as expected. Tech Staff was awesome and responsive to (2) calls to help us recover during our trip, but we ended up having to park in places with campground toilets to minimize load on RV toilet.
I initially booked online, but Jamie the sales associate texted me informing me there was a better RV rental available for a very similar price. She was an absolute sweetheart and helped me credit my online booking purchase towards the better option. If you guys are booking online, you should consider calling them directly instead. The inventory shows up a little wonky on the website compared to what is actually available on the lot. This is my 2nd time renting with them. I've only had GREAT experiences with this company :)
