James was sooo professional and sweet! Got the job done right away and even told me all about the problem with calcium buildup in toilets, which I had no clue about. I had a severely clogged garage, drain issue and James save the day! It was a very stubborn clog, but he did not give up. As a matter of fact, he could not get it the first visit and return several days later with a new idea and cleared the drain immediately. I was only charged for the first hour of Service … They did not charge for the second visit. I highly recommend this family run business
Did a great job. Only charged me the hourly rate and not any additional charges. Figured out the problem and solved it pretty quickly.
