APT is amazing. The therapists there are kind, knowledgeable, professional, and really care about the kids they’re working with - they get just as excited about our little one’s progress as I do. The front desk staff is always warm and welcoming and make the appointment process easy. We truly look forward to going to therapy each week. Can’t recommend APT enough!!
It's all inside, only 1 hour sessions. No aba therapy.
Their therapist Jackie is amazing. I unfortunately had to move my kid somewhere else. I wish they were more understanding for a parents who have children with autism. It’s very very hard to find an office who understands, we can’t make it due to the elopement and violence of the child and I can’t predict when it’s going to happen so I can’t let them know until it’s about time for the appointment. We have been going to APT for almost 2 years and love it. Our therapist is dedicated, caring and hardworking. They are the best in Anchorage. Unfortunately the 2 star review is for their billing department. They don't use normal accounting methods. If you pay a $100 towards your bill, that $100 should be easily identified on your bill. Not here. They breakup your payment and apply it towards each of your visits so you can't clearly see your payments being applied to the bill.
