RecommendedRented 2 bikes and a trailer for our 3 year old. Adan was AWESOME at his job and hr customer service from him couldn’t have been any better. Bikes were in great shape & it was a really fun way to tour the coast. Even spotted several moose! Highly recommended.
Such a fun experience! Pablo is so very helpful, accommodating, and kind. He has a great personality and makes doing business with him a pleasure. Pablo's Bike Rentals has quality bikes (and tricycles!) and they prepare you with safety tips, helmet, and practice time on the ebike to make sure you are comfortable. So, when in Anchorage, be sure to stop in. You won't regret it. Love this place and the fantastic experience through gorgeous scenery it provided.
Pablo’s nephew and other young man working there were super helpful with our bike selections, adjusting seat heights, helmet straps, etc. They even lent a backpack to one lady in our group so she could comfortably carry her camera gear for our 22-mile bike trek on the Tony Knowles Trail. What a great time! Pablo and his son are charming and super helpful! We encountered a black bear on our ride and abruptly turned back but still enjoyed a wonderful 16 mile experience! The bikes were comfortable and reliable. I can’t say enough about it - just do it!
