We rented a unit for several months, fees always paid on time, and billing cycle ended on the 29th of each month. Called them on the 23rd to notify them that we would be closing our unit on the 29th. When we went by on the last day we found that they had locked our unit. When we called to find out what was going on, we were told that they had made the unit “available” on the 23rd, despite the fact that we had paid them for through the 29th, and that any belongings that were in there were “taken to the nearest transfer site”.... read more
