10-13-25, Second time renting from them and they are amazing. My mom had knee replacement surgery and we got home and went to turn on machine and the electric box had cracked and wouldn't hold power. I called the number on the paperwork and the gale was friendly and drove out to the house within an hour to help out. Not sure about other negative reviews but everything with them has been awesome. Rented an ice unit from the Wasilla office after hip surgery, which we took back early because it didn't work, even with the help of a nurse friend. Was told there would be no charge since we couldn't use it. Received a bill then called them, and was told it would be straightened out. Received a notice from a collections agency 16 months after the original rental. No way to prove what I was told (should have got it in writing) so I had to pay it or take a major hit on my credit. Would never go to them again.
