Not easy to deal with, they said they billed my insurance, but didn't send the info needed to get paid, I got stuck with bill. Find someone else to rent an ice machine from.

Initial set up for a game ready was easy and painless and worked great for the remainder of time I had it. I received a call asking to return the machine to their wasilla office and I was told that there would be someone there between 1pm and 4pm. Got there at 1:10pm and there is a sign on the door that says they will not be back until 1:30. 20 minutes is not long to wait but it's definitely an inconvenience. Horrible place to go. HORRABLE! If I knew about their bad rep I would have gone elsewhere. I got a leg machine from them and four hours after using it, it broke down. I got a lecture even though it wasn't my fault. It took two days to get another and the second one they gave me was crooked, dirty and sounded like my old beach truck on a bad day. I needed the machine three weeks longer and even with the go ahead from my insurance and a letter from my doctor she refused to extend it. All she had to do was submit the paper. As ... read more
