The game ready unit was ready when I arrived to pick it up. The gentleman who got me set up was very informative and was sure to let me know I could call with issues anytime. The unit itself worked great for the first ten days or so then gave an error code. When I called and described what was going on the technician said he would head out in ten minutes to swap out machines. Amazing customer service! I fully expected to drive into town to swap it out myself. I highly recommend Alaska Medical Solutions!

Not easy to deal with, they said they billed my insurance, but didn't send the info needed to get paid, I got stuck with bill. Find someone else to rent an ice machine from.

Initial set up for a game ready was easy and painless and worked great for the remainder of time I had it. I received a call asking to return the machine to their wasilla office and I was told that there would be someone there between 1pm and 4pm. Got there at 1:10pm and there is a sign on the door that says they will not be back until 1:30. 20 minutes is not long to wait but it's definitely an inconvenience. Also the building they are now in does not have a working elevator which is not ideal for carrying a game ready up 3 ... read more
