Rented an ice unit from the Wasilla office after hip surgery, which we took back early because it didn't work, even with the help of a nurse friend. Was told there would be no charge since we couldn't use it. Received a bill then called them, and was told it would be straightened out. Received a notice from a collections agency 16 months after the original rental. No way to prove what I was told (should have got it in writing) so I had to pay it or take a major hit on my credit. Would never go to them again.

The staff came out to the house and dropped off the game ready machine. He was friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you so much for everything!

The game ready unit was ready when I arrived to pick it up. The gentleman who got me set up was very informative and was sure to let me know I could call with issues anytime. The unit itself worked great for the first ten days or so then gave an error code. When I called and described what was going on the technician said he would head out in ten minutes to swap out machines. Amazing customer service! I fully expected to drive into town to swap it out myself. I highly recommend Alaska Medical Solutions!

Not easy to deal with, they said they billed my insurance, but didn't send the info needed to get paid, I got stuck with bill. Find someone else to rent an ice machine from.
