I had AMR look at my car at the recommendation of my husband who trusted Bob and his work. He explained what he saw, repaired what he could and then referred me to a transmission specialist. He was professional, honest, and kind.
Been going to Bob for many many years and he’s always done an excellent job. He goes above and beyond. I have NO complaints. Highly recommend! It’s wonderful to have a good mechanic.
Bob at AMR has been my mechanic for over 25 years. We first met after I worked on my vehicle myself and just couldn’t quite get it right, he taught me the valuable lesson of using OEM parts which when he ordered and installed them made my truck run better than it has the whole time I’ve owned it. I have used bob for several years with no problem. Then my Fiesta needed a blower motor. I told him my Brother (a state mechanic) tried fixing it but couldn't get a few bolts in the driveway, so we decided to pay bob to do it. We told him what happened, he said "no problem I'll get it done" then when I called for an update he informed me he was "putting her back together broken" said it was missing bolts and he didn't want to be responsible. Bob has been our mechanic for many years. We’ve had only wonderful experiences & results. Our busses continue to be healthy and reliable, and have been since 2008! We won’t take them anywhere else. These guys are awesome!
