These guys are awesome! I've tried all their meals and they're all great. Perfect for bringing lunch to work. Super convenient if you're short on time for dinner or just need something to satisfy the hunger pains. Portion sizes have been spot on with my goals. As many others have said I really appreciate the well-proportioned meals that fit within my macros. If you use fitpal, many of the meals are already on there, which makes logging my food a breeze. And let's not forget taste. Some meal preps are not only way too expensive but load you up on broccoli and rice with a tired and dry looking protein. These are flavorful and a decent variety. Nice to have something handy in my freezer when I don't want to cook but want a hot meal.
