0 stars. I booked with them on 1/22/25 for a 1/29/25 appointment. I have the confirmation text, I have an email from them, I have the text that I sent them my insurance. Fast forward to today for my appointment and they NEVER ACTUALLY SCHEDULED ME. then when confronted with the confirmation text. I’ve had two different massage therapists and they both were wonderful; pressure, bedside manner, and after care. The front desk staff are always so smiley and attentive. They are also very thorough when answering questions about care, insurance, or what have you. Highly recommend.
