I purchased a house with a Tulikivi fireplace. Alaska Masonry Heat was the closest servicer of the brand. They were quite rude… Refused to do a service call after setting one up and having us wait... I was only asking for help.. Teresa emailed me basic tutorial videos multiple times and then accused me of not following her directions… Terrible “better than you” attitudes. Will never attempt to use this company ever again. Called the next Tulikivi servicer and was able to get to the root of the issue in minutes…

This was a fantastic experience. We have just started using our new Tulukivi...It is awesome. Isaac, Jamie and crew are craftsmen. Ours was a retrofit and they were both quick and precise in stalling it with minimal mess and considering the scope of the project. These guys are the real deal. I look forward to building a house again in the future where our next Tulikivi is built in the center of the home. We will be back. Thanks for the great job!
My husband has always wanted a Tulikivi. After one winter in our home, we looked at the high electric bills and even higher propane bills and we decided to look into getting one installed. We found Alaska Masonry Heat in Ashland and gave them a call. Jamie was very knowledgeable and has years of experience using and building Tulikivis! He could write a book!
