If I could give zero stars I would! We have now waited 16 days for our shipped van when the shipping window was 10-14 days. Upon arrival in Seattle - they say pick up cannot be until another FIVE DAYS !!!!! We are stuck here even though we confirmed pickup of the van via phone call before making the flight. Totally unreliable and impossible to plan pick up. We signed up email updates, got none and the company has no contact system to alert for delays. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!!
