Food was very good, staff friendly and also cleaned off tables right away. Best was the fancy rocker chair
You are gold member, boarding 1st class, and have their premium credit card, but they won’t let you in if you are flying domestic.
As a part of my Sperm Donation World Tour of the USA, As a Oneworld Sapphire holder had the pleasure of this lounge. Really enjoyed the food, coffee and got an Old Fashioned also.
The front desk staff are not helpful and will wrongly assume you do not have access. Unfortunately, this customer service issue has been the case even when they only had one lounge in this airport. I’m unsure if it is an Alaska Lounge issue or if it is a PDX issue, or perhaps a little bit of both. I recommend visiting the new lounge. Their service is great!
Alaska airlines sucks! They don't let first class in to their lounges UNLESS you're flying 2000 miles. They also don't let you in when you're on first class with AA even though their partners ( even though it's over 2000 miles) unless you're part of the admirals club. The lounges are empty because they don't let anyone in! Used to be a great experience now it's just disappointing and infuriating. Thanks for nothing!! Ever since they bought Hawaii they've gotten stingy and greedy
