The new Alaska Lounge in Portland is very nice, well designed, comfortable seating, many area. Nice bar and food selection and a very hospitable staff. It really is a cut above most lounges.

First class passengers almost everywhere else get into their lounge for free. The combination of these two airlines including their app and website have majorly degraded both the experience and the service.
