This is worth the membership if you travel often. The lounge is relaxing, has great food, and fast wifi. I always enjoy it.

I recently visited the Alaska Lounge at the airport in Anchorage. From the moment I walked in I was extremely impressed! Every single employee was super friendly and very helpful! People seemed genuinely happy to be there! The food and atmosphere were also excellent! Alaska Airlines has really stepped up their food game! I’d like to thank Brenna, Alisa, Cinda, Carla, Amy, and Jacqueline!

Unfortunately, our experience at the Alaska Air Lounge was very disappointing. We paid for a day pass, and my dad was cut off after ordering just one beer—which he didn’t even drink because he didn’t like it. We were told someone had “seen him stumbling” and assumed he was already intoxicated. I was with my dad the entire time, and he had not been drinking. He has worked in concrete his whole life and has a bad back, so he naturally walks with a bit of a limp, but that does not mean he was intoxicated. We understand the loun... read more
