Booked a limousine for a bridal shower for three hours to drive us to Eagle River and home. The limo that came was rusted, peeling, stinky and hot. There was no cool airflow only blew warm air on a hot summer day. Do NOT use this limo company! If you are hiring a limo for a luxury experience, do not go with this company!! We hired them for a goodbye drive to the airport. They showed up and the limo was damaged on the outside; we then found out that nothing worked on the inside - not even the windows, so the goodbye drive was ruined as we couldn't even wave to friends and family who were there to send us off. Our first pickup in Whittier after our cruise went smoothly. The towncar was a bit old but our driver was good. We were staying at the Alyeska Resort that night and headed to Anchorage airport the next day so we reserved again that afternoon for a 6:30 am pickup. 6:30 came and went - no car.
