Our first pickup in Whittier after our cruise went smoothly. The towncar was a bit old but our driver was good. We were staying at the Alyeska Resort that night and headed to Anchorage airport the next day so we reserved again that afternoon for a 6:30 am pickup. 6:30 came and went - no car. Thanks to flight changes my girlfriend and I landed in anchorage at 9pm needed to be 4.5 hours away in Homer by 8am to meet our group for a fixed itinerary trip. Steve helped us explore multiple options before finally finding a way to get us there himself. His customer service is amazing.
We used Alaska Limousine for a one-way trip from the Anchorage airport to the cruise ship terminal in Whittier. After looking into several other transportation options, they proved to be most economical for our group of 8 people with a bunch of bags. We were also on a tight schedule, and Steve coordinated with me in advance to make sure we timed the Whittier tunnel just right. We arrived without any problems in plenty of time for our cruise. I am writing this review, not because I used Steve's services, but because he is so amazing! I had contacted him (via e-mail) about possibly using his firm for a one-way transfer from Anchorage to Whittier, even though I had a reservation for the train. He called me and offered some great advice about how I could take advantage of the train to better suit my needs. And recommended some other stops to add to my itinerary! How awesome is that?! Called Steve and asked if he had anything available for the weekend and he stated the “pink” limo was available. He told me a price and I agreed since my daughter rode in it 10 years ago. From being a prior limo driver for some of the top 3 companies in Denver I assumed the limo was taken care of for its age. I WAS WRONG….. Not one time did I as for a DEAL or a cool guy discount.
