First, Id like to say to anyone considering coming to this place, don’t. Me and my bf pull up and paid the money ($25) then waited for the doors to open but they didn’t so my bf thought maybe the payment didn’t go through so he paid again and STILL the doors didn’t open. When we tried the refund button nothing happened and we still waiting another 10 minutes to see if anything would change. In total we waited 20-25 minutes for a damn car wash. Decided to use the car was afterwork. I pay for the $25. When I entered the car wash, I got the initial water and then soap and to my surprise, the door opened and the countdown to exit started. It happened second door from the right. I didn't knew that was the new special for $25.

Put $18 on my credit card and the laser wash did not work. It sprayed the sides of the care upon entering and then the red X came on and I was sent out with no wash at all. The end heater came on but no wash. Won't go back. Can't get a hold of anyone by phone.
