Decided to use the car was afterwork. I pay for the $25. When I entered the car wash, I got the initial water and then soap and to my surprise, the door opened and the countdown to exit started. It happened second door from the right. I didn't knew that was the new special for $25.

Put $18 on my credit card and the laser wash did not work. It sprayed the sides of the care upon entering and then the red X came on and I was sent out with no wash at all. The end heater came on but no wash. Won't go back. Can't get a hold of anyone by phone.

The water for rinsing just does not come out. The arm passed my vehicle several times, never spraying my car in water until the final rinse. I had every layer of soap on my car before that pathetic attempt to rinse it off. The dryers barely manages to blow the soap off my windshield before I had to drive off.

I was in hurry to work just decided to do a basic wash to get the frost and ice off. There was a malfunction, green arrow directed me to move fwd all the way out. Ive called multiple time. Decided to go around try different stall. Charged twice for one service. Sigh.Will be contacting the bank to decline payments.

I changed to this location from the fifth st location. Bad decision because most times I come through, it's like there's no soap or solutions to wash. It would come out cloudy and bubbly only, for the wash, polish, and surface protectant phase.
