I seen the hard work of these three fine gentleman were doing on the property. I want to say that I appreciate the fine customer service and also I appreciate that 25 dollar wash package. My app wasn’t working, so they kindly ask what kind of package I had and they gave me an upgrade for the inconvenience they said. Shout out to Joe, mark, kyle and Paul.
Purchased the ultimate ceramic wash for my 2025 Chevy Traverse and the bay I was situated in could not wash the entire exterior of my car. The rear-side of the car only got 50% cleaned. Streaks around the wheel-well trim and manufacturer decals. In totality, 80% of the car was well cleaned. It's probably a better car wash for smaller vehicles.
They were so unbelievably nice and helpful. The manager went above and beyond to help me today.
