Don’t waste your time, equipment never gives a complete wash and always leaves the truck dirty. I bought the unlimited monthly washes deal as it sounded great for Alaskan conditions. But even going once a day my truck is still dirty, and with a film of soap because it’s never washed correctly. I’ve tried calling a few times and never get an answer. Go elsewhere, save yourself some money and headaches. Picture included is after washing the truck yesterday and today. Looks like it hasn’t even been washed. Very disappointed.
Tried to use Alaska Laser Wash on 7/31/18 @141pm. Paid 15 dollars cash and the door opened. Drove in a little to far and it said back up. I did as instructed. Machine didn't start. called the listed number and got the voicemail. Left a message and no return call. called the same number and no return call again a couple days later and still no response. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL
poor customer service. equip. malfunctions happen everywhere but no call back 4 hours later. they need answering service and remote access to location.
Just came from Washing my car and I wanted to just say thank you for upgrading my wash. Just my luck I would ask my husband to pull up to a bay that was broke. You had upgraded my wash from a 12 dollar wash to the 17 dollar wash. Thanks
Went through this car wash and didn't get my car completely clean the first time. Attendant noticed, stopped me, hand pre-soaked my car, and sent me back through at no additional cost. Really appreciate that level of customer service at an automated car wash! Thank you.
