Zero stars if possible. Would NOT recommend this car wash company if you value your vehicle investment. When their machines malfunction and crash into your vehicle, creating damage, they will act like nothing happened. This read is just for your information. Beautiful Car Wash💯 Impressive Performance, doesn’t need a brush to wash your car. It is touch less.
Long lines. Takes about an hour to get through. At literally all times of the day. Most days there’s multiple car wash bays that are out of service. There’s no place to wash your floor matts. And the bottom half of your vehicle comes out dirty. The dryer dries your vehicle off about 50% of the way. But they have towels now & vacuums until 7pm.
Went through the car wash and started vacuuming my car. Then an employee came up and noticed that my car still looked very dirty and offered a refund or for me to go through the car wash again. When I went to go to the car wash again the line was so long that the employee then offered to hand wash my car for me. The team at Alaska laser wash went above and beyond and I’m very appreciative. Will definitely be going back.
I take pride in my RDX and don’t mind spending money on a GOOD car wash. I am not to far from the Lazer car Wash on old Seward near Taste of Thai Restaurant. I have never had a worse car wash in all my years of driving. I realize cars get dirty in Alaska more so than other cities so car wash establishments should step up, once I drove out of the wash bay I pulled into the vacuum space and when I stepped out of my car I was appalled to see that my car was still filthy but now splotchy.
