10/10. It was 19 degrees and everyone else told me 2 weeks to get a new furnace in. They had me warm in 2 days. They also had a really honest conversation with me and genuinely encouraged me NOT to spend money that I didnt need to. I was not ready to tackle buying a furnace 4 weeks before Christmas, but they did right by me in all the ways.
Chris was very knowledgeable with heating system and was extremely helpful with heating issues I was having , dispatch was polite and extremely helpful in getting me serviced will be making them my go to company
Their after hours service is amazing! Left a message and they got right back to me. They trouble shooted the problem on the phone and were able to tell me to check the batteries in the thermostat. Replaced batteries, problem solved at no charge.
I want to give a big shout out to Alaska Heating and Cooling and to Jamie that came out to help. He was so professional and pleasant to work with. He saved the New Year Holiday for me and my Mother. No one wants to work the holidays but he came to our rescue. Thank you so much from the bottom on my heart. See you in the Spring for our regular service. 😃
Chris just did our clean and check on our furnace. He did a great job. He was very professional and really detailed the crap out of our furnace. Nothing like having a person you can count on to make sure you will have a properly running furnace going into winter. Thank You
