If you call the Kenmore WA office you will have to deal with a rude receptionist. Actually, she was beyond rude. She was unprofessional and hostile. I can't imagine why anyone would want to do business with a company that has that type of employee. The receptionist is the first contact with a company, but with this lady, you have no desire to proceed further.
