He says that everything is fresh, and that everything arrived the same day. I worked as a scuba instructor in 7 countries, and worked on a fishing boat in alaska. He sold me rancid, previously frozen, minimum two day old rock fish, and he said it had arrived that morning. fresh, unfrozen. I've been going to Tim's for about the last 6 years. They've always got great fresh fish, and they are one of the few places in Seattle to get dry packed scallops. Quality is top notch, but more importantly, Tim is very knowledgeable and a fantastic food monger!

I started going to Tim's when I moved into the area last year. The quality of seafood he gets in is just amazing and it's always a delight to eat. If you're in to poke, stop by Tim's and get some! It's fantastic. Much higher quality than some of the other bigger fish markets on the Eastside..
