interesting I do not know how to rank the Alaska Fur Exchanhge for its products, as I do not have any furs, but it is an interesting place to atleast visit. They have fur everything- including fur g-strings (this is not a joke). They do also prepare furs to be stored. This is an only in Alaska type of place to visit and probably has great stuff for fur lovers

I purchased this knife from the Alaska fur Exchange in November 2019 ! What a cool store. Everyone there is really nice! And they shipped it back to Ohio for me! It’s a marvelous store Unlike any other in the United States!

I really like my new beaver and wolverine ruff, my other wolverine ruff, my moosehide mitts with beaver trim, my cowhide gloves with beaver trim and my moosehide moccasins with beaver trim. My next project using their products is a Shearling lined 49ers themed pullover parka with an a Indigenous made medium dark wolverine and tawny heavy Western (possibly Interior Alaska) wolf ruff and Shearling cuffs.

I love this store! Their products are so unique and beautiful, and I treasure the jewelry, fossils, carvings, and all the native Alaskan items I have gotten there over the years. Of course this is our first stop when we go to Anchorage, but I have also made purchases by calling the shop and having my items shipped. Always friendly staff to help select just the right thing even over the phone, always quick shipping, and I always love what I receive! I highly recommend Alaska Fur Exchange.
