Alaska Facial Plastic Surgery & ENT staff is very professional and efficient. Dr. Mitchell asks the right questions, listens, is thorough, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. Her confidence is contagious, and I know I am in the right hands for my treatment and healing.
Dr. Jennifer Mitchell is absolutely amazing. Listens to her patients and hears our concerns. Doesn't dismiss us and really takes the time to find the root cause of any problems you related to ear,nose and throat. Bedside manner is incredible! Off and medical staff is absolutely amazing as well. Great with my special needs kids as well!
Dr Mitchell is amazing. Her bedside manor is top notch. I felt that she actually cared and it wasnt just a show. She was always available throughout my recovery, which was super comforting. I'd highly recommend her for any ENT needs.
Staff was excellent! They do not answer their phone EVER! It goes straight to voicemail mail then immediately sends a text message asking you to text them! However while I was there the receptionist definitely had time to answer phones!!
I am a regular patient and always will be. Dr Magill is one of the most exceptional surgeons and people that I have ever known. Her skill is amazing and when she interacts with you she is always focused and present in a warm and personal way; never rushed. I have never been happier with the facial services that I have received. The outcome always looks natural and unless I posted this review, no one would know that she does marvelous things to my face.
