Fast, efficient and friendly.
Dr Magill was very thorough and explained what was going on and she presented a very conservative approach to Rx.
First off, they do not ever answer the phone. Second, we waited for 45 minutes for absolutely nothing. We checked in and the receptionist disappeared. Go to any other ENT, this place will not respect your time.
Excellent treatment and service
My husband Don was seen by Dr Magill today to have his ears cleaned. He has narrow ear canals and medical cleaning has usually been very painful and difficult. He came out of the room all smiles. The staff were very friendly and reassuring. Dr Magill is exceptionally skillful, professional, and authentically caring about each patient. She is our family go to ENT. I recommend this office to everyone. I want everyone to know.
