This place is awesome! My work truck was having an issue and I called these guys and let them know that I needed the truck to do business. Scott got me in the next day, Christmas Eve no less, and got it fixed! I was only without my truck for two days. Definitely will be going back for future repairs! Thank Alaska Diesel Repair!
I went to Alaska Diesel repair a couple days ago after getting my truck out of a different shop where I had a lot of problem with it once i got it back that they caused but did not want to fix. i explained to Scott how much II need the t to u can k as my wife has to be some severe medical issues it's the only vehicle we have to get to the hospital and doctor with. you set up an appointment up for me immediately on the following Monday at 8:00 to run a full diagnostic scan on my electrical system. Alaska diesel repair has been a great shop to work with. They are very busy and for good reason, the head mechanic is honest, with fair pricing and does quality work. If there are any issues they work with you to reach a resolution. They don't have a drop box or open lot for after hour drop off so plan accordingly. There yard is "open" but has a gate to block people from driving up to the shop after hours.
Scott was exceptional. I contacted him on Monday, and he was quick to find and arrange a time on Wednesday that worked for me to get my F250 in to have the oil sensor changed. I recently had shoulder surgery, and his understanding and willingness to get me in were outstanding. Very few businesses are as customer-oriented as his is. These days, it is excellent to know a mechanic shop that will work with you and not try to upsell you on frivolous or unnecessary cost additions.
