I highly recommend running away as fast as you can. DO NOT TRUST SCOTT! There's no point going into details just avoid this company and avoid losing lots of money. It's your choice but personal I would never use them again.
Scott and Robert did a great job advising me on some repairs I needed on 2013 F350 w 6.7L. Their pricing was accurate and complete when the parts arrived (couple pieces were backordered). I also had them do a complete powertrain service. I will definitely use them in the future.
Guy at the front couldn’t find my scheduled appointment and gave an excuse that they were booked and also leaving for a hunting trip for a week. Thankfully, Scott overheard and was able to locate the appointment and got me in. Transmission pan leaked fluid on the driveway that night following a fluid change. Took it back in and they resealed it properly. Front differential was leaking out of the fill plug after being serviced, but I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of taking it back in again.
