Wouldn’t choose this contractor again if they were the last in the state. No way to describe how awful our experience has been. Dig around really well before you decide to do business with this man or his realtor. We came to Agim and Krystal with a simple request--build a house according to good, standard building practices in order to keep the build safe from mold growth. Alaska Custom Home Builders, Agim, built my home and did a truly amazing job! I've owned 3 homes before building this one, so I came to him with a sketch on a piece of paper and he made my dreams a reality! I had ideas that were out of the "norm" and he created the unique home I was looking for! Unfortunately our experience with Agim was very bad. We were ramrodded through the design process and didn’t get the exterior we wanted. The biggest problem was Agim failed to use housewrap and didn’t flash a single window, door or any other penetration. This led a large amount of mold growth 11 months after we closed. Mold remediation took 3 months. We eventually made a claim on his bond and won that. We used to proceeds to wrap the house and flash all the windows.
